I’m confused. Which number is correct for the BNSF autorack.

It labeled as 952751, which would indicate a TTGX tack but it clearly shows BNSF 300863 in the pic.

The TTGX racks would be correct for the 2015 timeframe indicated, but I can’t find a 3008xx series before late 2017.

952752 in 2016:

300863 ranges:

Attempting to model a modern Southern Pacific based in 2015/2016...

Also, I have a passenger train addiction...

Are they trying to pass of their Evans grain hopper as a PS-2 2893? Aside from the detail differences, isn't it like 25% too big?

I always believed the prototype was the PS-2 3-bay, as the depicted on the vintage Atlas model and more recent Athearn model.  The cubic footage in the item description is half what it should be for an Evans car, so it's a foob most likely.

I bet some people won’t find it funny to joke about how #46 isn’t wearing a mask...

Athearn did this exact road number on the correct body: https://www.trovestar.com/generic/zoom.php?id=113787

Here's the real 307: http://www.northeast.railfan.net/images/nsrx307.jpg

Very surprised that MTL would do this.

Oh yeah, that car is the mayor of Foobville. Technically, every model ever made of those cars has been wrong, as they had 6 small hatches instead of the usual 10 found on a PS-2. If MT wants to make a spot-on Jack Frost car, they did own a pair of 50' Airslides during their final few years in business...

Crap, so the Athearn body is correct, but the hatches are wrong. Off to the scrap pile!  :D (kidding here)

Was there a #45 car?  When MTL runs out of planets and asteroids, will they start doing Presidents?  Would it violate TRW policy to have a "Tagging Challenge" thread on President cars?  (Politics is going to be the downfall of us all!)

Yes. According to the database on Micro-Trains' website, the Presidential cars were released in order between 2008 and 2012, with a new car for 45 released in February 2017. I wasn't able to find any currently for sale on ebay, but presumably they're out there somewhere.

Come on Man!  :D   I can deal with the Presidential cars .. Con-Cor also had a set ..

I just wish the Navy would quit naming carriers after Presidents and any ships after politicians .. ..   I'd prefer Saratoga, Lexington, Bunker Hill ..  Medal of Honor, Naval Heroes, cities, states and stuff

The most recent #45s sold for $87 and $147 on eBay. To be fair, #44s also have a high value, apparently.
