Cannot print model without warping

I have attempted to print this model several times. And each time, there appears to be lines and bends along the side and roof of the car. Im starting to think that this car just cannot be printed with the printer that I have (photon mono x). Not even making the model thicker fixed the issue, it only made it less noticeable. I am using siraya tech fast.

First picture is the model at 1.5mm thickness. 2nd picture is at 1mm. Both were printed verticly

you can make it thicker yet, or straighten it with heat, after printing ..

Since you're printing vertical thicker wall is probably your best option.

If you print it at an angle, you could place supports under those sections of roof to help prevent the sagging

You may need a longer exposure time.

What are your settings?

Just for reference, this is printed flat, the whole reason of getting a Mono X. 1mm thick walls, lots of supports on the inside.

I’m curious as to why you didn’t print the ends as part of the model?

1.7 seconds seems kinda fast.

This is only a test print of the body to make sure the details would print properly. The car is a stream styled heavyweight. It will have full width diaphragms and I have not decided the mechanism that I am going to use to replicate them yet. I have a mock up of the Kato Kinematic couplers that I am working on for close coupling. The diaphragms will be functioning and stay as close to each other as possible, maybe even stay in contact as the cars corner. Originally considered the diaphragm as the coupler using magnets (it's a 5 car train that will never be broken up) but they need to slide side to side too much to make that viable.

Not the actual car but similar design....

Mock up of the diaphragm....

The car above was printed at 1.4 sec per layer, 100% UV output. I tried lowering the output and raising the time and it defeats the whole purpose of this printer. The prints start getting soft and squishy looking, not crisp.

Full rundown of my current settings..

Anycubic transparent Green for no other reason that that is what I started with and I am happy with the results...

Much slower lift speed looks to be the main difference
I am also slicing to .025mm so shorter exposure time makes sense too.

Single bottom layer is because of the ramp down coding that the Photon Slicer is using. It ramps from 30 seconds down to 1.4 over the first 10 layers.

Converted to MM/MIN
Z Lift Speed - 120 mm/Min
Retract speed - 240 mm/Min

Does the car have the floor printed as part of the car or is it open on the bottom? If the floor is solid, suction is probably your issue. Try printing the car with out a solid floor but just some cross bracing or supports.

Slower lift speeds you say... Someone else suggested increasing the lift distance to make sure it fully pulled away, but it really didn't help. But I haven't tried slowing it down.

This is a good photo to show my problems. The car on the right still has the supports. Being a stock car you can see the open slots along with the whole car have a sway back.  On the left I made the same car without a roof and it was better. But all of my older cars have a roof and are fine.

Slower lift was the first thing I noticed when printing with the X. I thought it was broken compared to how my S worked. My very first print, I didn't hear the "pop" of each layer like was used to with the S. I stopped and checked my calibration prints multiple times because the lack of sound had thinking it had stuck to the FEP.

Ooh, swaybacked out of the box.  Very Furlow-esque.  ;)
