Whelp, I made the trek...

The Pine Club has lived up to the hype of being ranked as one of the best steakhouses in the country. Tomorrow we’ll see how the train show is... Waffle House for breakfast.

God bless Ohio and indoor dining. Land of the Free! It’s good to “get out.” We need a little “normal” these days.

My bad spelling. Ironic indeed. ;)

Medium sized show. Only 1 building open, as opposed to 2 or 3 in November. Still, its great to be at one. Decent amount of N scale too. Thanks again Ohio!!

Small, actual train show is better than any virtual train show. Temps taken at the door, face masks all around. Honestly, it’s not that hard, people.

A fair amount of N; it’s good to see that people still think their ancient junk is worth top dollar! I got to hang around for a little bit with Mr. Neal, but with weather issues looming at home, Mrs. Pedro got nervous and we cut our trip short, after a stop at the Mel-O-Dee restaurant in New Carlisle. Anyplace that offers a 1000-piece chicken bucket ($1400.00) is worth checking out.

I like the guy trying to sell the red caboose autoracks for $75 each. I'm not sure they were from the new run either. Funny, none sold.

Man, I miss the Dayton and the NMRA Div 7 shows in Cincinnati (West Chester).
