Had the same problem......
Living in The Netherlands spare parts and mailing are always a problem or very costly....
Came up with the following simple solution.... see picture.
Drilled 2 holes opposite each other in the flywheel about halfway lengthwise (ingnore the second set of holes in the picture... wrong place). A few degrees off (opposite) will pose no problem. [ Guests cannot view attachments ]
First file a small flat spot on flywheel to make drilling easy.
Insert 2 short steel rods of same diameter and a small drop of CA glue on outside.
These rods should be long enough inside the flywheel to engage the female coupling on the extension shaft.
About 15 minutes work at almost no cost......
Also no issues of noise or imbalance of flywheel.
The coupling will never slip again!!!!
