Would love to take advantage but their website is one of those where, if you can't remember your password and submit a password change request, nothing ever arrives via email. Can't set up a new acct. either because my email is "already in their system".

Is there a specific web page for this sale to which you'd like to direct our attention?Or, did you receive the info about the sale (and the offer code) in an email from Bachmann?
My original post stated "Head to our parts store to take advantage of our Labor Day Sale!"I received email from Bachmann. It applies to their online parts store only. I browsed to that website, placed an order for bunch of parts, and during checkout, after typing in the offer code, received the discount.
If you go here: https://estore.bachmanntrains.com/index.php?main_page=index&cPath=66 Then, where is (info on) the sale?
You try to login with your email address (so you know that your email address is good). The password reset gets sent to that address, so maybe it ends up in your Spam folder? Next time remember to write down your password on a PostIt note, and stick it on your computer monitor. And on a serious note: you might want to look into a password manager app?I just placed my order and saved some money.
I too have problems remembering passwords. Especially those that need all sorts of “special characters”. I have taken to using phrases which i find easier to remember.I hadn't considered Password managing apps. Do they need a password too? 🤨
