FireBox: A Tiny DCC Train Controller

Hey everyone! I've put a lot of work into improving and re-branding my SAM Command Station, and I would now like to preset FireBox. I have created a Kickstarter, where you can back the project. You'll notice that I've managed to reduce the price of the finished controller drastically due to economies of scale. See the Kickstarter page for more details:

What is the difference between the $40 pledge and the $55 pledge?  Both seem to include "1 Firebox"- but I don't see any other difference beyond the $15 spread.

The $40 pledge is for "early birds" - meaning that if you get there first, you get it at $40. If you aren't one of the first people to get there (10 people), it's $55.

Thanks David.  I don't know why that was not obvious to me reading it the first time.

Anyway, I'm in.

Pretty much fits the bill for what I was looking for to actually program my decoders properly.

I'm in...but find it interesting that you can't buy more than one?  (maybe I missed how to do that)  I was thinking it would be perfect for hard mounting one underneath my roundy-roundy/portable/show layout so I would only have to grab the layout and go. (being in IT, I always have a laptop with me...lol)   But wanted a second one to play around with "on the bench".

Wow, thank you everyone for the support! If the momentum keeps up like this I'll have to come up with some stretch goals.

I just added a reward with two FireBoxes at a slightly discounted rate. Hopefully Kickstarter will allow you to edit your pledge. You're right that it seems strange that you can't pledge for two. Interesting.
