Cool looking DPDT switch?

I need to add a toggle to the DCC in a box to enable two different options for my programming track (damn sound units...).

Does anyone know of a cool looking DPDT switch?

I know there are lots of options, but everything on Amazon looks pretty lame. I want the thing to have some panache.

What if you added a Rix conversion to a rotary switch?

Oooh, I like that idea!

But I think it'll take up too much space.

@Ed Kapuscinski - the plate is about 1.25 inches at it's widest point.

Does anyone have a part # for a rotary switch that goes with the Rix switch?

Oooh!

I like https://www.ebay.com/itm/AC-250V-0-5A-DPDT-4P-2NO-2NC-1-0-2-3-Position-Round-Top-Rotary-Selector-Switch/233449495778

I really hadn't thought about rotary switches, but I like that idea.

While we are on switches, I can't find any Mouser 105-SR2511F-62FN switches. I am not an electrical genius, would anyone happen to know where I could get a viable alternative?

Take a look at Mouser P/N 105-SR2511F-62RN.
It appears to be the same switch, but with a round shaft instead of one with a flat side.
They have almost 1K in stock.

That might work, a little filing and I should be able to get the Rix handle on there.

Are you looking to replace the original rotary switch or is this a new installation?

If you need to replace a broken switch, then one mentioned by jpwisc is the same brand as your original one (and probably of similar construction). You might be able to take the switches apart and exchange the round shaft with the flattened shaft.
