First of all, I think your modules look really good. I doubt that anyone would notice this difference. However, if it really bothers you that it doesn't match the prototype, then fix it so you have peace of mind.Different suggestions on how to fix:1. Carefully cut off part and reposition - This could result in breakage of the trim piece2. Trim or sand edge of roof so that the part is closer to the edge - This could be tough to trim a small portion from the edge of the roof3. Add second trim piece over/in front of current trim piece to get closer to edge - This may cause trim pieces to look too thick since it is doubled up
...I will try to slice them off with a fresh No. 11.
I think you may have more chance of success with a fresh single edged razor blade. They're quite thin, have a longer cutting surface and you should have more control with it's small size.I'd just lay the building upside down on it's roof and cut one end, rock the building over and cut the other.

I think the station looks good .. might be a good time to add some lights as well .. LEDs .. and some interior dividers .. I never thought about using the photon to make jigs .. the build plate is big enough to do turnout jigs .. now .. I wonder if you could cast a low temp metal frog in resin
