They look good. Can you post a photo of the underside? What kind of coupler / trucks are on these?

Ooh nice! Body mounted couplers and metal wheels. Quite a deal for under $20!

Looks like MT body mount couplers.  Maybe rapido trucks?  Car weighs .9 oz.  Nmra says it should be closer to 1.2oz.  I like them. It looks like roof can come off, but might be glued.  I semi tried to get roof off but didnt want to break anything.  Looks like there is a secondary screw hole for body mounts as well.

Hmmm, if it wasn't for the length difference, the moldings look identical.  Including the dimple in the little cube in the brake detail casting. The under-body details look very simplified, and rather crude (not up to today;'s N scale standards), but they are pretty much  hidden from view when the car sits on the track.

Found old listing on website of lbf double door hi cubes and they did have some double door cars.  I'll have to look and see if I have any to compare.

Why not?  This is TRW - where (almost) anything goes.   :D We can say all those things (which are for some strange reasons) forbidden on other forums.  I don't get why the other places do this.

Money. Their sponsors don’t like having competitors talked about.
