I’m going to use my same NGRM Online entry here, so if I botch the completion timing over there, I’ll still have a fighting chance here. But, since I did start this before Lee made it official I’ll subtract time from my TRW deadline accordingly if I don’t manage to meet the much earlier NGRM-Online deadline.
This is an 8” x 4’ module for my Cedar Creek Gravel Company On30 layout that also doubles as a photo plank.
Other than the striking curvature of the track, this module will feature typical southern NJ scrubland that is typically surrounding gravel pits. The scene will also incorporate a dirt crossing for maintenance vehicles to reach the pit, and either a small equipment repair building or company office.
As of today, trackwork is nearly complete with only two rails left to be laid, and of course a whole lot of spikes still needing to be put in.
