Rod,The one you have posted would do well for one of the smaller versions of the separator, from what I can tell from photos. What are the scale dimensions of it?Here is a better shot of the one I posted previously. This one is fairly large and would work for the ones seen on the roofs of the planer mills. Try and ignore all of the external piping. I think that would be site-specific. The curved inlet would be required, of course. If you could print one of these, I would definitely be interested in picking up a few of each type. What do you think?Doug
Are you anticipating on your WP layout the need for any silos with a tapered bottom, like those found at Cement Redi-Mix plants?
Yes, a "tad" smaller for the upper elbow would be good. Also, the opening at the bottom could be slightly, a "tad" if you will, larger in diameter. Look closely at the last photo I sent to see what I mean. This is looking promising so far.
Rod-Is it hard to replicate the joints in the elbow? Also, I think the elbow should continue until it's reached 90* or where the opening is vertical.
Probably something like this.
Good eye, Bryan. I missed that one. What he said, Rod.Doug
