I've never seen them take pre-orders at MBK.

Meanwhile, I visited my LHS and they ended up getting a handful of each somehow.  7 tractors, all raised roof, and 9 trailers.  I posted them to a couple people looking for them, so hopefully I was able to make a sale for them.

Yep, that's what my post was for.  I was there yesterday when Brian was entering them.  He wasnt expecting to get any at all, reason why I had to scramble and end up with 2 orders 😁

I read some trucker forums last night and learned the mid roof cabs are for hauling flatbeds and bulk trailers - while the "condos" or raised roof cabs are for dry vans...

Of course there is no rule here - just guidelines....

Nah, blow it up !  Figuratively anyways :D  They're free game, I got mine elsewhere when they said their orders weren't forwarded to Trainworx directly.  I told him I'll get them sold for you :D

Makes sense. Those things are all about airflow management after all.

Although Kenworth and Peterbilt cabs are more common, in order to utilize attached headrack assemblies, mid roof cabs are also mated to conventional fifth wheel auto hauler trailers, or,  low mount fifth wheel stinger trailers.

MBK has in stock. They had about 100 of each of the trucks and trailers
Which ever side of the track I am on is the right side.

Finally! Thanks for the heads up.  I ordered a dozen or so trailers.  They had ~190 of each style in stock.  I'm very curious to see how long they last.
