Photon "Oops" - Rafts Peeled from Platform

What do I need to fix or do differently?:

This was my first batch in black, but I had seen signs of this in gray.

BTW, black odor is noticeably stronger than gray. Not run-out-of-the-room strong, but it got my attention.

Could be fep film tension.  On phontonsters faq they claim that tapping the fep should produce a 350hz sound.  You can download a sound analyzer for your phone to check it.

In my case, i was getting non regular horizontal lines in my prints.  Disappeared after tightening to 350 hz.  Didn't realize that the factory fep was loose.

You don't mention your print settings, but you could try increasing the first layer times.  For example, if you're using 60 seconds, bring it up to 90.  More time doesn't hurt (or i never heard otherwise).

F above middle C. Why make it any harder?

I'll verify that, then re-level. I'm thinking it's level due to the consistency across the rear of the platform. Bottom layer settings are already ~100 seconds (maybe 90). There's also what I've heard about lightly sanding the platform face to rough it up, but that'll be a last resort.

I tighten my FEPs till the screws are tight.

Btw it was pretty loose from the factory. People say to check it when you first open the box because that loose can leak resin.

Didn't have to "retune" the FEP, it was nice and tight, sounding G above middle C (or ~392Hz).

I leveled everything, and will know more tomorrow on the next run. Thanks for everybody's assist.

Mine just started randomly doing on this on AC White. Turns out I hadn't tightened the red plate screw a few times and when it was on the up stroke the plate wasn't pulling evenly from the FEP as the screw loosened over the print.
I WANNA SEE THE BOAT MOVIE!

In my case, I printed the "cube" it worked fine .. and printed a few other models .. one of which started to fail partly peeling off .. after that, the base layers would not print at all ..  releveling fixed it ..  don't sand your plate .. that seems to be a big mistake according to all I've read
