Yeah, but the train can't seem to make up its mind if its heading north or south on the Las Vegas strip as it is crashing...

But heard rumors that Nick Cage frequents a coffee shop not too far from where I live in Vegas...

PM me an email address, I can email an excel copy of what we use at work..

We call them 'hard cards'  (long skinny form) and  'wheel reports' (detailed format)..
I can also send a train sheet.. which is an 11x17 printed page.
