Given that this set-up is going to be portable, you might want to fasten down the large 1000μF/25V capacitor on each of the OG/OG-AR boards.
Double-sided foam tape, silicone sealant or hot melt adhesive should work.
(At a former employer of mine, for that sort of application they used white silicone sealant - which was informally referred to as "sheep snot".)

My RJ12 plugs and crimper arrived today. So that meant it was time to finish up the plumbing during a brief break in the workday.

Ignore the sawdust. The vacuum is downstairs and will be applied before ANY power is applied.

Also still pending: the schmooing down of the caps on the circuit breakers.

I wouldn't worry about the caps.  Given the little mass they have, they are not going anywhere even if you slam the case down hard.  And you won't do that because other things will break first before the caps move.

I've got some plans. I don't want to go overboard, but I have a few ideas.

The one thing I'm still looking for is something good to make a gasket out of that will surround the entire deck. I'd like to close up the air/debris gaps that can allow stuff to fall inside. I'd also like something that will protect the edges since I think I may add some interior storage which will mean the deck will be moving more frequently.

The weatherstripping section at the home improvement store will have something you can use for a gasket.

That's kinda along the lines of what I was thinking, but that specific thing is a bit too big. I think I might need to just go wander around Home Depot a bit to find the right stuff.
