Well yes it's a beautiful scene, so while all around us fall apart over misunderstanding lingo- I'll have to tell the truth.
Excellent modelling as I say- however the significant error in technology is too dominating to avoid.
You could not pull a cable of that size and weight through insulators. Neither the arm nor bearer insulator could stand the force. There would need to be large diameter pulleys attached to temporary steel arms (not insulated), usually these were multi-layed vertically as the cables are drawn thru successively. Today helicopters drag a line across first.
And the angle of rise is far too acute.
That drum and rollers it is on should be a tower length away from its base.
