Just saw these at BLW. I ordered 4 roadnames. Yes, maybe the price could've been better?

About ten years ago, Walthers had them on clearance for as low as $46.
Hogtrainz is taking reservations for a new production run by Atlas priced at $90 for DC units - and at $118 for a new DCC-equipped version.

Thanks for the heads up, but I guess I didn't act fast enough. I tried ordering both of remaining Rock Island "hot dog" units, but only managed to snag one of them (Pete said that they were all flying off the shelves, however he was kind/generous enough to give me free shipping anyway since I did try to order $100+)

Nope.. Too late. Got an email from Pete saying the C424's were gone.  Rats.

I did get 8 MT undec hoppers and the last two IM 8K tanks.

I ordered 2 undecs, got email from Pete today. Order before mine got the last 3 undecs. Just ordered 2 Pennsy units. We'll see if I get those.

Figures. 2 weeks ago I bought one of the SOU DL's since there was no undec. So now there's an undec -- and at $10 cheaper.

LL GP20's on sale now. Early version with A grade from Spookshow, going for $45. Later releases a lot more $.
