Elk, Raccoon, and Squirrels have joined the party.

I could probably paint that raccoon as a cat too...   :)

@Mark W , your miniature painting skilz are da bomb.  Just amazing and i am noting the color difference from the sides of the elk to his back, among other subtleties.

But Squirrel needs pilot goggles!  (and yes, my earlier cryptic comment was also a reference to RJS & BTM)

I also agree with John that Mark, your painting skills are superb!

That would be one big cat--but, as it happens, one of my five (Bobby) is almost as big...

And I agree, awesome finishing! Where do you find the @#$% time to make all of these? Does Hiru need to book time in advance to see you? ;)

Bighorn Sheep, on the other hand, are usually smaller than deer!  Let's see how they'll do.

I just love it!  8)

Hiru want's a printed house cat next...   now that should be a challenge.  :scared:

I've yet to be sold on a vehicle, but I am digging the animals! (much more forgiving shape)

That's the secret.  SHE paints them!  8) 8)

I let her do the base coat that is.  The rest is just dry-brushing with a very fine brush.
She loves doing a few in between her research and netflix.  She also makes all my super trees ever since watching a few Luke Towan videos!  :D 8) 8)

Here my palette (best use for those scrap print platforms!) and colors.  Vallejo Acrylics are a dream to work with on this resin!  Both from the bristle brush and the airbrush.

The 0000 Winsor & Newton 111 Round is the smallest brush I could find at Michaels, under 5 bucks (then use the 40% coupons too).

Do you paint with magnification? I can’t fathom painting something that small.

While Mark's work is superb, as far as the size goes, there are others who take it few magnitudes farther.  :)

This is in a, slightly enlarged, eye of a needle.

Not trying to take away from Mark's work - just showing that there are some *REALLY* crazy people out there.   :D
