So if you go to Home Depot or Lowes and get yourself a couple of "for sale" signs, they're like 0.020" styrene (or something...very thin!), you could make an untra-thin fascia out of it, and then attach it with Liquid Nails Projects.  It should be a thin enough fascia so as not to interfere with module connections.

Agreed, but don't overpay at HD or Lowes, plenty of those signs are at a Dollar Tree or the like near you,

CMR has laser-cut plywood T-Trak module kits coming out...
https://www.cmrproducts.com/n-scale-t-trak-module-kits/
Prices seem reasonable.

Those laser cut module kits look sufficiently rugged and should be cake to build.  I have some track left over from my daughter's Unitrack layout.  If I have enough pieces to build a T-Trak module, I'm in!  What to model, though?

I think T-TRAK will help me fulfill a dream of where to park some stuff:

Here's a Clerihew about Ed. K.

Ed Kapucinski
Every night, he plants a new tree.
But mention his law
and you've pulled your last straw!

Alternate version:
Ed Kapucinski
Every night, he plants a new tree.
He asks excitedly "Did you say Ménage à Trois?"
No, I said "Ed's Law."

Talk to me, @Ed Kapuscinski.  What would you like to see me model, so that it can match with your modules?

Construct the office building as a facade (or with limited depth) and park one of these Model Power locos in between the building in the background and the two T-Trak tracks out front:

I remember the first time that I saw that movie as a kid.  That truck was creepy and scared the bejeebers out of me.  Great movie!

What people forget is that the original story was WAY better than the movie.
