I use a cordless Dremel my dad bought back in the nineties, so it's probably about 25 years old, and it still has its original battery and still works perfectly normally.Doug
If you live near a Menards home improvement store (upper Midwest, basically), they are running a "bag sale" this week, 15% off everything you can fit in one specially-marked paper bag, a full-sized grocery store-style bag. Plus, they have the Dremel Micro cordless on unadvertised sale for $69.95 until the end of January. Combine this with the bag discount and this pretty nice Dremel is out the door at $60. Unfortunately for those not near a Menards the bag sale is in-store only.I use my Micro every day, and haven't touched my corded Dremel in... gosh... years. IIRC, the Micro was slightly north of $100 back when I started building the layout. So I picked-up another today as a spare or as a second to reduce bit changes when deep in a project. If you've been on the fence about getting one, or want a spare, now is the time.
Doesnt seem to give the 69.99 sale price on web orders. I don't live anywhere near a store.
Unless I’m looking at a different product, it’s $67 on Amazon.
