Pilasters, downspouts, conduits or other piping can help with this!

Signs and Ivy also .

Ooh, we're posting snow photos?

This was yesterday morning from the side of the MA&PA (it was halfway up the hillside across the street).

Aside from driving back to Baltimore the previous night while that was all falling, it was a fun weekend at the Worlds Greatest Hobby Show in Oaks PA.

My dad's TTRAK modules in the Kato booth. My corner is tucked back there too. Thanks to Erik S for the arrangement.

I saw this at the show too. Not sure what it is, but I know I need one.

Tanks for the timely theme this week!

Tanks a ton! Since everyone is talking about weather, it was 72 and sunny all weekend so I was working outside and unable to be inside playing with trains but with tanks and rain coming I'll be inside later this week.

Jim, that's awesome, both looks and sound! Nice work!
What a teaser though, don't you have any "under the hood" pics?

Weekend was mostly low-key, but did get a couple things done.

Firstly, embedded a switch to control main/programming power to my test track diorama since I was already tired of manually unscrewing terminals/moving wires/screwing terminals just to test dcc changes.

Also cleared up the workbench so it can look somewhat "finished" since my wife and I are expecting our first-born any day now and I wanted it to look nice for guests. Plan to have a nice dcc++/jmri demo for my father-in-law so we can maybe get his layout setup with it.

Great!  I hope you will be putting some king of write up with pictures in the Electronics/DCC section!

Thank you Otto,
I did take a couple as I was installing the decoder. I should have posted this in the DCC forum.
I’ll start a thread over there. The install although tight (N scale switcher and all) is pretty straightforward. Disassembly of the mech isn’t necessary because the motor leads and track pickup wire are already up top. No frame modification required either.

Had a train show in Salt lake this weekend. Here are a few shots from it.

And yes I was favoring shots on my module.

Good looking module it is !

I really like the shot of 844 in revenue service as the 1:1 does occasionally.

Okay weather report from Down Under.
Definitely no snow as it is 39C here in Melbourne now and high humidity.
46C in some of our country towns about 250k from here.
Just had to get out of the garage (train room) just too darn hot.
