For some strange reason, I have an urge to make that right side building.  Do you have any idea what the top came from? The lack of decorative window treatment makes it great for me.

Also, have you tried the Blair Line laser cut graffiti decals?  @GaryHinshaw used them and they look like a great option.

The storefront came from the Hilltowne Hotel kit. The window part I believe came from the back wall of the Hayes Hardware kit. But I'm not 100% sure--when I bought these kits, I just tossed all of the parts in a big box.

Depends on what you need. I need more generic, slightly older building graf, and that's in short supply. Overall, most graf is sized and shaped for rolling stock, with little in the way of larger or smaller art for buildings. Microscale certainly has the best decals from a technical standpoint: razor-sharp images with thin film that follows the image shape and conforms well to the surface on which it's applied, but they're limited on color rendition (although they seem to have just relased a new set that looks much better color-wise). T2 has some excellent decals--especially lots of useful black-only tags--but their film is really thick, needs to be trimmed, and has some trouble adhering to textured surfaces. Blair Line decals are nicely trimmed and very colorful, and the finish is dead flat, but the film is thick and the images seem to be a bit muddy.

I'm gathering some more decals from other manufacturers, so we'll see who comes out on top. So far, based on my needs, MicroScale is the winner.

Since the glowing "bits" are gone, all that's left is the background of the sign. That would be really easy to model. Just reduce DKS's image to N scale size and print it out.  But if you want a version of the sign where the neon tubes were still in place and working, that gets a bit more complicated.
