Haha, that's exactly what it is, but... the hoppers outside give the look, and all the windows scream "restaurant" to me.

Except that the tanks for a brewery need to be inside to be temperature controlled.

Maybe this is the new fastest-food restaurant, that feeds patrons pre-cooked fries by gravity through tubes going directly to the tables?

Tanks (and kettles) do go inside, but some micro-breweries have external hoppers like that for grain storage - and have on-site brew-pubs.

The German restaurant/brewery we had dinner at during the 2017 NSE Convention in Pittsburgh had large external tanks/silos.
