Looks like a lot of older elevators I've seen.  Very nice!

Take out the palm trees and it could pass for parts of eastern Washington.  Some parts of eastern Montana look much like that as well, but the hills should be a little greener for there, most of the year.

Didn't like the pastel look of hand painted mountains and the cartoon look. So went photo style.

I assume that's a California scene on the backdrop?  It still looks like parts of Washington's Columbia Basin, but then, parts of eastern Washington look much like parts of California.

Until it was irrigated into submission, the Tri-Cities, where I grew up, also had sandstorms like southern California.

Yes, we didn't have palm trees in eastern Washington.

There was a man in Kennewick, across the river from us, who had a producing orange tree.  He planted it on the southwest side of his house, to catch the maximum sun, right next to the dryer vent.  In the winter he'd put a plastic sheet over the tree, so that heat from the dryer, and leakage from the house, kept the tree from freezing.  I don't know how productive it was, but the local paper mentioned it at least once, and said he did get ripe oranges from it.

Looking good!

Now swap in something better for that Con-Cor truck. It definitely looks out of place given the quality of the rest of the scene.

I got worried about rust streaks in the desert, but they exist.

Yeah the PREFERRED POOL? This will have only grain trailers. Like the red one, they need to be detailed. Staging the scene...LOL :)
