 Was this the Mic Moignard clinic ? I've used it for my Blackstones too . What settings are you using for BEMF ? On a grade my locos tend to take a while before they start moving , but on level they move right away .....Mike

Yep believe that's the guy Mike. Copied almost all of his clinic notes (almost 40 odd pages) and then just tweaked a few.
Sorry I have no idea what the settings for BEMF is. I think we might have left that as per Mic's notes. I do not like my locos moving straightaway so adjusted the Speed table so with my NCE throttle so they don't take off until about 10 to 15 on the screen as my RR is flat. Also moved the brake function from F11 to F7, now my crews must use the brake to stop the loco.
Overall very happy with the results.

 I have mine set so they just move on step 1 , but I program a LOT of momentum , usually 150 accell and as much as 200 into decell ....Mike
