Will the DC/Silent version include the Gyralite head and tail lights?
I don't have a need or want for this model, but that's pretty cool ! I'm sure someone is looking down smiling as this progresses towards a final release.
Unfortunately no. We have no way of controlling them without the decoder. They will be "always on."-Jason
From one Turbo nurd (US) to another (Canadien), one point to quibble in the video. It is my understanding that the third rail shoe was for operating into Penn Station, not Grand Central. When I rode it back and forth to college circa 1975-76, the Turbo operated on Amtrak’s Yankee Clipper schedule between New York Penn Station and Boston.
I have no need for a Turbo. It’s outside both eras I model. It’s expensive.I’m *this* close to pulling the trigger and getting one, just because it’s cool...
But does the southbound station announcements come in a Boston accent?"Bahstin""Na'Londin""Na'Haven""Naw Yahrk"
