These guys resell architectureural models from China. So the bigger question is... Why do so many Chinese building proposals require a post apocalyptic wasteland?

from what i hear from folks who live(d) in china, its pretty common for new buildings to be falling down.

I thought it was pretty clear, it is for Gundam. Picture some large Mech battling it out.
