As I live across from the namesake river, I joined Friends of the Housatonic page on FB. Housy has a former BAR unit(still in BAR paint). #22. BAR got it from ATS&F.

I think it's a CF7, someone at FB page says it's a GP7u. Does anyone know the lineage offhand? Otherwise, I will research later.

CF7's were rebuilt from F-7's, thus the name and the funny looking frame.
