ESM/Atlas NH NE-5 Trailiner Cabooses — available Friday, December 8!

The ESM Atlas-exclusive New Haven NE-5 "Trailiner" cabooses  will be available for sale this Friday, December 8, via the website, in limited quantities!  These cars will not be available in stores and will not be re-run at a later date either by Atlas or ESM!  Both prototypical car numbers will be offered.  $29.95  + s/h.

Apparently and according to ESM, "The railroad applied the Trailiner scheme to a pair of cabooses that were in dedicated piggy-back service during the infancy of TOFC service. "

I'm guessing the stock NE-5 cabooses (along with other product lines that arrived with this shipment) started shipping to distributors this past Thursday.  They may reach retailers by next Friday.  But if not, it will not be much beyond that.

BLW has the Atlas version listed, in stock. Apparently no pre-orders taken. I ordered NH, PC, and CR.

Curious there is no pre-McGinnis paint scheme.

One NH scheme released in the standard Atlas run and a second with the ESM release. The remaining schemes will be included in subsequent Atlas releases, as was done with the NE-6.
