Looks like they used a herald plate. It was scheduled to have a herald plate.
Pretty sure the carbody is the correct arrangement for most of the roads that owned the prototype.
Does anyone know if the running board is a separate part?
Does anyone know if the running board is a separate part? Would like to remove it on the Conrail ones I will be purchasing. Thanks.
I should have said 'spacing' instead of 'pattern'. The center two ribs are supposed to be farther apart than the rest of the ribs. A subtle thing, but one that pretty noticeable when comparing lettering and logo placement to the prototype.
Not with the New Haven cars, which comprised the majority if the P-S production.
Here's C-548 which was part of NH's second order (c535-c584).
