Made the trek to Altoona today with @Blazeman  ,  got a few goodies for YorkRail/Spring Grove on the Hanover Sub.

What fresh hell did I get myself into @randgust   :scared:  :D

At least one is RTR, stand in for LTEX 1444 that is currently leased to YorkRail/G&W

Good luck on that CF7!...Also, if the leaser just needs a renumbering, those cab side numbers look like a dead ringer for Guilford numbers,..I could send you some if you'd like..

Here is 1444 taken by skabat169 on flickr.  Slightly different paint scheme then the one Atlas released with 1427.  Has white pin stripe all the way around and a little bit darker grey.

If you have lots of 4's , that would be great @coosvalley .  If anything, this is going to be a "close enough" stand in, so if the numbers aint exact thats good.  I think Microscale also has a LTEX set, have to go look and see.

Yeah, those RDCs are great, but so is the Wacker drive!  Do I have to choose only one?  Everybody gets a trophy in the WU thread.   :)

Ok yes sorry. Amazing work everyone. I just get really excited about BCR RDCs.

Doug @BCR751 . does the RDC 3 have fluting around the end in the rear as well as the front?

TP70 construction is done.

Ready to start painting this week if I get time (and it doesn't rain).

Obviously, it's Larry's used car lot for locomotives. These have been detailed and are ready for the steady stream of suckers customers to come on by, kick the tires and meet their dog, Spot. Such a deal!

G&W YorkRail operations recently taken delivery of 2 of them over the last year.  1414 and 1444 are currently on the roster.  Here's a shot of them at the engine house.  1414 was previously the Buffalo & Pittsburgh ,

BCR751 -  Beautiful Work!!  :D

I got to ride them, on the North Vancouver to Prince George, BC. back in the Fall of 1996.   One of my most memorable train trips, I have ever taken...

Mass production has begun.  Only four are mine, the rest will be re-sold once detailing is complete.

Fun fact: in the time it takes me to complete detailing one N Scale Fuselage, Spirit Areosystems completes FOUR ACTUAL Fuselages.  :o

No, the fluting goes around the front end only.
