Alright my fellow  :ashat:s, time to plan for this weekend.

Who's gonna be there? Here's who I know so far:
@Ed Kapuscinski
@cbroughton67
@seusscaboose
@DeltaBravo
@btsnyder27
@mu26aeh
@MK
@jpec
@randgust
@dcutting - maybe
@mmyers
@SecretWeapon
@ljudice - 50/50
Mike Madonna and Mrs.
@conrailthomas519 - Saturday only
@Rasputen - as a vendor
@ai5629 - arriving Saturday afternoon
@VonRyan
@Blazeman
@CodyO

I'm thinking an 11:00 group photo at the BANTRAK layout, then lunch at 11:30 (since @btsnyder27 needs to skip town for a wedding).

ROLL CALL!

I actually could... Hadn't planned on it, don't have arrangements for lodgings, but Rho is taking the Girl Scouts to Savannah, and leaving me and the dog to our own devices...  Was planning on a day hike in Western Maryland somewhere, but let me make some phone calls and see if there's another option...

I'll try not to set fire to my bike this time...

Nice.

Also, post a picture so I know what you look like... that's been an issue in the past.

Hmm... Is the cabin an option?? If so, I know a few people who might want to cancel other lodging arrangements. :)

BTW, will the event be in the auditorium or the banquet hall(s)?  Trying to scope out some photography locations.

Last year it was in both. The dealers were in the halls, and some layouts were up in the auditorium.

I'll be there - vendor table, both Hickory Valley modules and five T-trak modules.
Oh, and the TP56 'running' roughed-out.

I swear, last year you could hardly hear yourself over all the BLI M-1 4-8-2's with sound running on all the Ntrak and T-trak layouts!  I think half their total production must have been in that room.

Okay, pending a final confirmation, the cabin appears to be available.
I should know for sure by this time tomorrow.

It's down at Raystown Lake, not exactly a hop skip and a jump from the Big Tuna, but it's a lot closer than Easton!

The place maxes out at 6, but there's room for a tent or two in the yard should it come to that.

As usual, bring your own supplies, and be prepared to participate in the clean up on Sunday.  There's a fire pit, so bring a web lawn chair.

The recommended daily allowance of a case and a half of beer per person per day applies.

If it is in fact ours for the weekend, I would plan to leave the Shore Friday afternoon to be there by about 4 or 5.
And if you have issues with large black dogs, you may want to consider your application carefully.  Mr. Bucket Head is likely to be traveling with me...
