I like the new header layout Richie, the rust belt for the watermark is a nice touch

Progress is moving along on all fronts this week on the layout, more in my layout thread for those interested.

getting things organized to pack for the NMRA convention and National Train Show!
cleaned track on the set of T-TRAK modules that will be featured at the Kato Booth...(other modules will be a part of the larger T-TRAK layout at the Show-sponsored by Kato, Trovestar, T-Kits, Woodland, Showcase Miniatures, and Blair Line).if you're attending the Show, come by and say 'Hi'!

Bruce, you've elevated T-TRAK to high art.  Well done.

I got some pictures recently from a friend of some "behind the scenes" at PH Glatfelter in Spring Grove.  I scratched together the coal loadout at the mill.  You can also see I started on the coal and wood chip piles in the background.

I also did the overhead enclosed conveyor or walkway over Main St / Rt 116.  You can see it in the background between the two buildings.

Dusted-off the Z-scale layout to photograph my newly-lowered and weathered AZL SD45's.

Thanks Dave, and the rest!...I'm trying to show that the T-TRAK concept can be anything anyone wants it to be...
While I have this little section on the table, I took the opportunity to add some scrub-bushes-growth to the banks of the Bushy Creek module (this will be completely overgrown when actually done-sometime after Orlando), and add the beginning of the wooded tree line on the General Store module and the two "Hooligan's Curve" modules (I always intended to have these 'wooded' behind the billboards but have just not been able to get to it...)
I'm using 'off-the-shelf" products for everything on all my T-TRAK modules; my intent is to not scratchbuild, or kitbash anything-only using items that anyone can buy and build; basically showing that ANYONE can build a T-TRAK module and start an N scale railroad, or at least participate in a larger concept.
Here, for the woods and undergrowth, I'm using some JTT premade 3" "Tree line" trees, along with some WS "saplings and underbrush"...mixing various colors to represent the diversity of growth in the real world. I still have much more to do when we get back from Orlando, such as adding more trees, a dead tree here and there, much more underbrush, static grass in the field area, etc...but, at least I have the ball rolling in this area...

Finally finished the build on my GP35's.  The only thing outstanding on these is some light weathering, installing the BLMA fan blades and decoders.  I'm not too happy about how the front numberboards came out and may redo those.  I printed the numbers on paper and then used Krystal Klear for glue.  I should have cut a bigger portion to begin with.

I'll post more photos over in the Weathering, Detailing and Scratchbuilding thread, including all the build photos.
