Thanks for the comments everyone.

  @garethashenden , it only shows half the time.  :trollface: :trollface: :D :D :D

 I can measure the thread to find a hex head instead....

No joke.  That ought to be easy to replace from these guys:

John, that is darn impressive.  Not only does the shell look fabulous, but it includes a new custom tender floor to accomodate the existing electronics?  And it includes extras like etched metal details?  I hope everyone appreciates the great amount of careful engineering and product design it takes to create a kit like this, and not just a "box of parts".  This thing puts the whole transformation, from Bachmann K4 to PRR streamliner, in one box with a set of instructions.
This could be the dawn of a new "GHQ" age.

When can we order it?  Take my money!

@Sdynamo ,

  As mentioned in the initial post, the kit will be available for purchase on 8/12/2017

@mmagliaro ,

  Thanks, this is similar to the GHQ business model, without the need for castings of any kind.  The shells are all RP and the online photo instructions will be extensively detailed.  And yes, several buy, build and redesign iterations were involved in the design process before the decision to sell the kit.

What, no comment from Dr. Hotballs? :D

Respectfully, Dr. Vollmer is no longer a true PRR modeler, and like everyone here, I do not expect a response from anyone.

I am however thankful for any and all comments, and hope that those interested in this kit remain so until I return from vacation.

I really want to see this build.
There's a shyness found in reason
Apprehensive influence swallow away
You seem to feel abysmal take it
Then you're careful grace for sure
Kinda like the way you're breathing
Kinda like the way you keep looking away

Work in progress instructions-  Still much more to add and there is a nine page PDF too that will be sent to each customer separately.

UPDATED 20170915, The first decal proofs for this kit have just arrived and they look beautiful!  AR Kits of Australia is the supplier.  Production decals will begin as soon as i can give the go-ahead.

Isn't AR Kits our own Al Cutmore?

It is, but he is outsourcing the decals for me there as my supplier.  Friends in high places, you know...
