I'm assuming that your post was serious.
It is not about my vote count or being sensitive - it is is about the principal of the thing.  I stand up for myself!    And if I am raining on someone's acrid need to down-vote posts (while hiding their identity behind a computer screen) for apparently no good or valid reason, I'm not sorry about that. Being an achiever in mischief or in being a miserable person is not something anybody should strive for.  Sounds like you vote for logical reasons so you wouldn't mind being identified.  Others might not like being exposed for their negative votes.

I don't vote very often, I would like to think my vote is valued by the receiver. This tit for tat voting, and sour grapes attitude expressed in negative votes really has no place here, it is looking more like a mothers club, or school gate club.
Seriously, I would like to see some accountability with regard to the voters and their vote, if I have served up a serious dose of it in a posting then you can be sure if the relevant posters vote diminishes by one or more after my post, I have been involved. If you want clarification ...... just ask, I am always and always will be happy to discuss the merits or lack of, from my perspective.

I would like to see a brief reason explaining a negative vote attached to the negative vote before it was able to be applied, to move away from the bitchiness that has developed and make voters more accountable. This is now sounding messy .......... bet I get voted down for it ..........
