It's called posting the wrong URL.

The first pic has been fixed.  Guy comes with his arm up.

Wow Ron,
When I saw the arm separated from the body on the engineer, I though for a moment you were going to animate it and have it change position as the locomotive sped up!

Just posted a video to give a flavor of how well this TP70 runs.

It does not creep smoothly.
But runs pretty smooth at step 3 (14 step range).

And if you turn up the volume, you can hear how quiet this thing is.

I'm pleased.  Runs great for a critter.

Peteski:  I've never dealt with DCC, but you can configure a given speed step to be whatever voltage you wish, right?  Meaning that step 1 could be full throttle, giving basically an on-off throttle?

If I have that right, I'll take it from the odd to the ridiculous.  Could you configure it BACKWARDS, so that 1 was full throttle, and whatever the maximum number is is stopped?  I can't imagine why anyone would, but is that possible?

Yes, I believe that if you use the full 28 speed step table you can have numerically higher speed steps be slower than lower steps. But since the direction is not controlled by the speed table, you can't have the loco go into reverse.

Ron, just for kicks can you install those zener diodes just to test how it changes the speed?
