Do these proportions look right?

Keep in mind I'm making this in HOn30 using the small Kato 4 wheel chassis. Thinking about making it a flat Shapeways file that is 5 pieces, 4 walls and a roof.

The radiator looks like it came from a old Packard truck.

Getting a photo taken used to be a big deal - something that people would dress up for.  This looks like a posed photo - It's likely that these are NOT their normal work clothes, but something they selected specifically for occasion.

I'm sorry Dave, I'm afraid I can't do that.

@Chris333 that might be a candidate for the Hi def acrylate printing all of the support material would be on the inside of the car and you could just flat-sand it smooth.  I would make the radiator a separate part out of FXD though.

I can't wait to see this come together, Chris.  Good luck with the print orientation.

Well I ordered one in FUD just to see what all I need to change since I'm new at this and just using Sketchup.

But I was searching because Youngstown is supposed to have this big 3D printing center and found what all they have:
http://ysu-ciam.ysustem.com/additive-manufacturing/
They have a Projet 3510. I messaged them on Facebook and both of their Projets are under repair. They gave me another place even closer that has the same machine:
http://www.printing-3d-parts.com/

So is a Projet what I want?

Crap I got lucky. They printed it exactly how I wanted  8)

This is the bottom you can see the support lines.

And the top sprayed with primer with no sanding or anything, right out of the Bestine. This is FUD not FXD also

Well the 4 walls and roof all fit.

But the bottom where it sits on the Kato chassis is off. The gap ended up being .503" wide instead of .603" wonder if that is from staying up all night drawing this  :P

All easy to fix.
