After giving them the information they have requested, to do a clinic they requested, and struggling to get answers to my questions (4 week turn around times), I have been told that I have been placed on a stand-by list because their clinic list (77 slots) is filled.

I have asked them to withdraw my name/clinic from consideration.

Rick: Phila Div will be hosting the 2019 MER. So you wouldn't have the drive for sure. And per my earlier suggestion, you could present during one of their meetings or with the NJ Div for a shake down cruise and gauge how it goes then decide if you want to do so for MER.

This is incredibly disappointing.

Even though it didn't work out for the MER, I hope you will offer clinics at other venues.  I really believe it would be well received anywhere.
