Nah. I just used a straw and blew. Lol.

Actually, I used the spray can.

That's really a nice job, Ed.  Is that tiny rectangle alongside the headlight supposed to be a place to put the engine number?  Just curious.

Yep. Those are the number boards. I've got a plan for them too: Avery labels and my laser printer.

I like your plan.  Wish I had thought of that.

Not bad for a brush-painted model with spray-can-painted clear coat.

Seriously, it looks good Ed!

@Ed Kapuscinski I have a mighty need for you to document your brush painting technique somewhere. That is an impressive result...  :D

So do I! I'm standing on the shoulder of some giant somewhere with that one.

Hmm. My technique?
Clean the model (whoops).
Use good brushes.
Use good paint.
Don't put much paint on your brush. Keep a paper towel handy to bleed off any excess paint before you touch the model.
Make many, light, passes with the tip of the brush.

Any specific size brush you used?

Here's a photo of my main go-to brushes.
The Royal #6 and #8 are my usuals for doing things that have lots of surface area.
The Royal 5/0 has done most of my detail work over the years.
The other two are relatively recent additions.

So pretty much nothing special except really good fundamentals... You're results are incredible tho (as if I haven't said that a dozen times  :D)
