So I thought I posted a update last week but guess it didnt post
Got a new Paint booth for my birthday. I swapped out the 45db fan for a 16db PC fan I had, moves a little less air but the noise reduction is nice.
After
@Ed Kapuscinski and
@Philip H visited I decided to start/finish the Fascia
I started out using 2 rattle cans of black to paint the 12 Pieces of Fascia for the layout
After letting that dry I mounted the pieces to the Ply with 3/4".I drilled a pilot hole for the screws to avoid splitting any of the plywood then secured the plastic with #10 Wood screws with Finishing washers.
Next was marking out all the track lines with a pencil. After that I remounted it to the fascia and drilled all the holes.
After removing the fascia
Then actually taping 1/4" Yellow vinyl to cover the pencil lines cutting out where it crossed one of the switch holes.
Completed section mounted again
For the switch holes I drilled a 1/4" Pilot followed by a 5/8" Spade bit. I marked the spade bit with some tape so I only drilled 1/2" into the ply/styrene
The switch can then be mounted in the hole and not be exposed outside of the fascia.
I also ran some electrical so I now have an outlet above the layout and no longer have the tripping hazard power chord on the floor.
