3650x1200 feet is ~ 23x7.5 feet in N, if you built the whole place to 100% scale   

(Seems like a pretty big door)

Really? and everyone is using prototypical 2 degree radius curves on their home layouts? Which by the way in HO scale is 394" radius curve.
