Nothing for me this time around, phew.

Though it will be interesting to see the response to the unit tank train.  :o

I'm not sure the tank cars are accurate, but the price is much higher than the BLMA cars.  They were spectacular and significantly less cost.

I'd be happier if the tank cars and buffers were sold separately.

The GN runner pack is foob and the L&N car is just weird.
Failing to prepare is preparing to fail.

GN had 4650s, albeit the pre 1971 versions, but not the road numbers that are listed on the flyer.  Hopefully that is just a misprint.

Funny I just bought an MTL NYC 4650 to go with my IM version might get this one too and the Pennsy, even though they're foobs as I don't see anyone tooling an earlier 4650. Athearn is working on a 4600 for which there was thread on here about it back in August.

Looks like the PRR ACF should be a 4600:

Is the NYC car a 4650 prototype? For some reason it isnt listed here:

I'll have to check that out as far as the NYC centerflows. Can't wait for the Athearn model. 8)

Checked out one of the Conrail sites and zoomed in on the photo and it says 4650 on the sill, so I guess NYC had the 4650s

The NYC 4650 is accurate for the prototype. They had 4650's and the number is in the series, so we're good on that.
After reading a Ron Flanary article in Classic Trains. I might be interested in the L&N COMAT car.
