N scale resin vehicle kits from Rasputen

Mark, I hope to be able to offer some etched mirrors in the future.

I have ten additional vehicle kits available.  First, a 1937-48 Brockway model 260 semi tractor.
I simplified the chassis compared to other truck models I've made, so that the fifth wheel and the seat are all integral to the chassis.
This reduces the number of individual parts down to seven for this model:


Here is the Brockway 260 shown assembled.  You can also cut the brush bar off of the front bumper in order to depict the
earlier model.


Also available is a 1955 DeSoto Firedome:


Plus, a 1961-67 Ford Econoline panel van.  Note that it includes the unique hub caps.


Next is this 1962 Pontiac Catalina:

Also available is a 1965 Buick Wildcat.  I believe this model was similar to the more common LeSabre except a lot of the external trim was unique.


Next is a 1966 Ford Country Squire wagon:

Plus, a 1971-72 Pinto hatchback:


And lastly, a 1975-91 Ford Econoline panel van.  This is the 138 inch wheelbase version. 
This model was a ton of work and expense to get it to look right!



The above are all $4.00 each, except for the Brockway truck.  The samples are shown with the casting flash removed from the window openings for demonstration purposes.  No window glazing is provided.  To order, just send me a PM with the quantities of each that you are interested in.

Brian, I'm in awe of what you do. 
I also can't help comparing your station wagon casting to the recent (injection-molded styrene) CMW wagon.  Amazing how much better the details look on your model (yes, I know that it is a different vehicle, but the molding quality and overall appearance comparisons are still valid).  Your sample photos also look very good.

Are all the models models you have produced since the start of your venture still available, or have you retired some of them?

There are a few that are not available right now.  Some need to be re-mastered as they had some flaws, or the master was damaged beyond repair, or they are too difficult to cast, or too difficult to assemble, or the mold doesn't last long enough.  Most of the vehicles affected were of the military variety.  I'll re-post the updated list soon - I forgot to photograph one vehicle...

Regarding the Country Squire wagon, for an N scale model, in my opinion it is much more straight forward to just leave the roof rack integral with the roof.  Even when viewed from the side, it still looks acceptable, and you could probably add a little dark colored wash to make it stand out more if you wanted.

Well, molded detail in my opinion is fine. But of course there is a difference between a scale integral detail and a monolithic blob resting on the roof. *edit* blobs referring to the CMW attempt and not Rasputen's work.

Well for those that cant handle the blob, shave it off and model one from wire if so inclined.  Casting that would be near impossible.

No just that silly roof rack - the entire model is just not rendered very well.  But I should have not even mentioned the CMW model - this is Rasputen's thread.  But seeing his finely cast $4 model I just couldn't resist comparing it to that piece of c**p.

In the meantime, I hope you'll consider adding some early 70s Dodge trucks to your product line.  Specifically a C1000, D500 Sweptline, and an L series tilt-cab COE.
