N scale resin vehicle kits from Rasputen

Plymouth Reliant wagon - I doubt it.   I was lucky to find a model of the 4 door.

Damn. I guess nobody wants models of the "boring" stuff!

A relatively rare prototype, a 1977 Pinto Cruising Wagon (a side paneled station wagon with portholes) was part of the Motor Max Fresh Cherries Die-Cast Replicas series.

Two other models from the Fresh Cherries line that you might consider are the 1974 AMC Gremlin and Pacer.

A 1972 Chevy Vega Wagon was offered as a part of the Johnny Lightning Classic Gold Collectibles series.

There are models of Pintos (station wagon and coupe), AMC Gremlin and Pacer (also wagon and coupe) available in 1:25 or 1:24 scale as either kits, promos or diecasts. Some of those are quite rare and pricey.  But 1:24 to 1:160 would take a while lot of shrinking!  I also thing that some of those models were available in 1:64 scale, but their proportions might not be very accurate.

Already part of my die-cast model collection, the Motor Max Pintos (both the sedans and the cruising wagon) and the AMC Gremlins and Pacers were released in 1:64 and 1:87 scale.

Available in 1:64 scale from Greenlight Collectibles (i.e., as part of their Estate Wagons series), would also like to acquire some N-Scale versions of the 1981 and/or 1984 Ford LTD, 1985 Mercury Colony Park, 85 Country Squire, and/or 86 Crown Victoria station wagons.

Very reasonably priced, I really like Greenlight's line of 1:64 scale die-cast cars, boat and camping trailers, pickup trucks, recreational vehicles and SUVs.

I’ll try to place another order by the end of this year, hopefully by then there’s a few more post-2000 vehicles.

The 61 Plymouth Valiant was the first car I owned. It had previously been my Grandmother’s from 1972 to 1975. It was a real POC by the time I was finished with it. But I did love it. Slant 6 and push button transmission. I guess I’ll have to get one even though it’s not my era.

Great to see more N Scale vehicles from the 1970s.  Will have to place a new order but need to check on what I already have.  Is a 1975 Ford Maverick possibly?

I've been working on a 70-72 Maverick for quite some time, but it isn't finished yet.  I'll have to look around and see if there are any good models of the large bumper version to start with.

Also available is this 1957 Ford Fairlane 2 door.  I was only able to make 10 castings before the mold tore, so I am in the process of making a second mold already.  Any future castings of this model will be made with mold release.
