Also available is a 1974-78 Dodge van:

Plus, a 1983-88 Chevrolet Suburban.  I sold out of my stock at Altoona so please be patient with me on these:

and lastly, a 1984-85 Ford Tempo 4 door:

The above are shown with the flash removed.  You will need to remove the flash from the window openings and clean up the lower edge of the body before painting.  Please send me a PM to order.

I met Rasputin at Altoona this past weekend and purchased a '50's bus and a few '49 Hudsons.  Very nice casting detail. 8)  I will get more of them as the needs are sorted.

I thought that this is a Scenic Cruiser.

Which one did you see?   The Scenic Cruiser above or one of the GM PD4103 buses?

Rasputen goes on my list of great customer service along with Keystone Details/KV Models (for the Stillwell coach)

On the subject of fire trucks, my preference would be anything in use in Chicago circa 1950-55. During that period, they were re-equipping (I imagine that brand new fire trucks were hard to come by during WWII), so even trucks from the late 30s-41 would be appropriate.  American LaFrance and Mack.

Ask thou on Railwire, and it shall be given unto thee:

Now that I have a couple on order, you all can pile on.  I need to see if I can find some photos of these as flat car loads, so I have an excuse for more....

PS to Rasputen-- THANKS for making this in several separate parts as it will make a decent paint job MUCH simpler.

Tom, thanks for that.  I remember that someone had asked for this, but it was too long ago for me to remember who.  The pumper engine took a fair amount of re-engineering if you compare it to the Sylvan HO scale kit that it is based on.

I am working on the ALF pumper now. Mine will not be a flatcar load because they were shipped from the Elmira, NY plant on the PRR in boxcars. Mostly X33 50’ boxcars with end doors, but they also had a 70’ X30 boxcar for the longest ladder trucks.

That is one cool looking car. Of course nothing like that in N scale is available.  Could be a fun kitbash or scratchbuild.

Doug, you may have added a couple projects to my list of 132 rolling stock projects.
Would I be correct to think that an X-33 is essentially an X-32 with end doors?  (one of the projects on the list already is a Fine N scale x-32, which gets me thinking.)
And thanks for the X-30 photo.  Not sure that I have the skill to make one, but would be fun to have.

So, I guess I need to add a siding somewhere with an "unloading" ramp.....
