...I think that the larger one might end up as an auto showroom. (Attachment Link)

Hmm... I would make it
a banana emporium...

Two scientists create a teleportation ray, and they try it out on a cricket. They put the cricket on one of the two teleportation pads in the room, and they turn the ray on.
The cricket jumps across the room onto the other pad.

Continued work on CMR "Charles" Building.  Street and lobby levels almost complete.  Here are a few test shots with Woodland Scenics Just Plug LEDs temporarily taped in place.  The photos show a lot of schmutz on the outer windows since the acrylic acts like a magnet for workshop fuzz.

Work continues on the 15 story mirrored glass tower which will sit atop the lobby.

These rock, Daniel! Where did you get the graphics for the doors?

Years ago when there were still custom decal makers using Alps, I had a sheet done if every decal I thought I would need for my area. This included various police and fire department logos, several local shortlines, Conrail MoW door decals, etc. I have been using then for close to ten years.

I made additional decal sheets, featuring local businesses, chain stores, gas stations and others but by that time the Alps supply dried up and I was never able to get then printed.

CMR Products makes a sheet in N scale that includes logos for Conrail MOW trucks.  See here:

If the link does not work, search: "N Scale - Conrail Patchout Set" on EBay.

I have some of the Matt Snell sheets from years ago, but stumbled on these about 6 months ago.  The logos are just as good as Matt's.  I plan on using both when I get to my Conrail MOW trucks.  Thanks.

Current state of the Colorado Midland layout. At some point I have to tackle the big mountain in the back corner.

Here's a sample of what it takes to build a layout. This is the working table for the Colorado Midland. To the left is my original Pennsy Juniata Division layout.

More train room wall candy.

Another view of CMRy #49.

When I wasn't busy with several work related events I was hitting the trains hard (together on some occasions!) I've been adding and expansion on the shelf layout, more here and working on the paper mill on the other.

On Firday on the Western Carolina, I set up a Verteran's Day Special; couple of cabooses, three coaches, Vietnam Memorial car, and UP 4839...

Daniel:  You might try Tichy Train Group.  The custom decals I got from them were good quality, and I would be interested in what experiences others have with them.  They don't seem to be good communicators...

I don't know how I missed it; love Quaid and Glover and the Rio Grande.
Watched a preview on line, and just ordered it from Netflix.
Thanks for flagging it,
Otto K.

There are still plenty of custom decal makers using Alps printers and the supplies are still readily available.  Livin' the dream baby!  :D

Ironically, now that the MMMT has passed through, I got some more scenery done at CP Loucks between Hanover Junction and the main yard.

Everything was still wet here:

Planning on painting the track and ballasting this week. Also doing up some actual piers for the bridge.

@craigolio1
I dug this out and snapped a quick photo for you.  I wasn't trying to match the particular phase or look of the Crown Z unit but it was the inspiration.

I also finished this dumptruck over the weekend.  It is a Showcase short nose GMC 9500 with a modified Trainworx dump body.
