That Rail Link ACE is really sharp.

It just struck me how involved AZL must be with their China factory to be able to put out small batches of a single engine in a single scheme every month. That must be one hell of a logistical nightmare.

Maybe they are secretly making them in the USA?!

Not making them... but all of the QC is done in the US. We have to unpack, test, and then repackage all loco releases. It is a lot of work!

AZL receives a full run of locos at one time from the manufacturers. We then QC and warehouse them until the set release date. So we have about a years worth of releases currently sitting in our offices. I can tell you, we have some pretty interesting liveries and releases coming between now and this time next year! Plus, another new run products just came in. It will be nice to have these back... more on that mid-month.

Hmmm...."back"......must be.......RDC's?   I hope you do some TRE RDC-1's.

I agree those MRL's look nice.   The BNSF GP39 is right up my alley but I have too many other things I want that are either here or coming.

The MoPac PS2-CD would be an instant purchase if not for having to fix the reporting marks and number.   Cannot understand why you won't put correct data on those cars...Santa Fe's were the same way.    Since I have to spend $5 in decals and $20 in time to fix them I have to wait until they get cheaper on the clearance rack.

I'm thinking reefers.

Could be.   I did think it was gonna be later in the year before the RDC's got here.    And last I heard Amtrak P42/Superliners were gonna be October/November timeframe. (and not "back" of course)
