GP30 with correct fan spacing should be the first priority...

For those who remember Pat Paulsen... "Picky, picky, picky." :D

Says "new model" in the catalog.

The add print uses the same description as the BLMA 5660 announcement last year, maybe the new part is no-longer using the BLMA trucks and wheels. Hopefully they are built to the same standard of the BLMA cars that I just got because those are nice. I will probably get some more since they are nice.

Also good to see more flats for me to put all those nice trainworx trailers.

Which ever side of the track I am on is the right side.

The MR&T locos and cabeese are foobies likely to fnd a home with me. The GT GP38 is actually of interest - there are a couple of these knocking around Baton Rouge on the CN/IC as local switchers. Add in the KCS gons and ICG hoppers and this could get expensive.

Some good stuff here, especially the FMC box and the Trinity hoppers.  I sure hope they are able to run the BLMA spine cars again some day.

thomasjmdavis:  Most yard tracks I've seen have ballast and ties about the same color, often with the ties almost buried.  If that describes yours, the tie spacing may not matter much.  Use very fine ballast, ballast to the tops of the ties, then paint the whole thing an oily, dirty color.  The ties will disappear.

Ugh.  Why the new Cal Northern scheme on the Geep 15s?  I still need more numbers on the original scheme, and that run is long gone.

Nice to see the C&EI RS!

Chessie GP9's, Mcloud River boxcars, B&O and ICG 4000 cu/ft hoppers and Chessie gondolas (not totally correct but close enough)  8)

Ha, it's funny, I was going to say I'm excited about those exact same things!

I'm really into those Chessie Geeps.

I'll pass the message along to the person that was griping about the Hallmark GP30 and its "quirks"  :D

Heh. I was agreeing with you on the Atlas. If you remember (or had heard of) Pat Paulsen, the trademark "...picky..." tagline was usually in response to a major gaffe.

FWIW, like a lot of brass the Hallmarks are a challenge for consistent operation. I'm glad I have them, but they tend to be bench queens. :(

Not a problem if you build a model of 739B at the bottom of this page....

Looks like Bachmann prices for the N Master F89J 89’ Flat Car $36.95. :o Must be a misprint.

Why is Atlas saying E-L GP35 is new paint scheme? They did it years ago, I have one.
