Still no Atlas catalog.  :(

It's there at the show.  It just hasn't been posted online and won't be until Atlas returns from summer break in a couple of weeks.  But maybe someone at the show will report on the contents.

What?  Bachmann wants to do a light Pacific?  Wonder how many of those have already been done in HO?

I can't imagine they'll make the hobby shops wait until then to post the July stuff.

The MR preliminary report mentions FMC 5,077 cu ft double-door boxcars for City of Prineville; Texas, Oklahoma & Eastern; McCloud River and Western Pacific - can't recall these being announced before now so I guess there's one of their July releases already in the wild...

I went today and really enjoyed it. They do take credit cards to answer an earlier question. They have a lot of really nice layouts from far and wide.  The manufacturers booths are nice and I made a report in the product discussion about the ScaleTrains N-Scale UP turbine. It is really nice and I plan to buy one. It was very ice and worth the money to go.

Light Pacific? We have one of those by MRC. Why not a heavy Pacific?

Pete's Garage is kind of cool....and who is Railroadline Models, anyway?
I like the fact they do multiple scales, including ours :D
Otto K.

Otto, that kit has already hit the shelves at MB Klein. Might still be in stock. Dunno.

I will be there on Saturday. Relatively short drive from Decatur. I will start at the Ntrak layout and move on from there.

I read on another forum that the next Atlas O catalog would be posted online Monday ,so I'd expect the other scales also to be posted then.

The MILW substation looks very interesting, and I have a vacant spot where it could fit very nicely.  Will have to see about the price...
