Hi scaletrains, it was great to talk to you guys at the convention.
On an interesting note, you guys announced the birth of the n scale turbine in the same city that the real ones died by torch! The turbine units were pulled out of them in Kansas city Missouri and they were cut up by then Santa Fes Argentine yard at a small railroad scrap yard!

Really appreciated the time and effort Bryan and others gave to share the event with all of us. Wonderful time to be alive in so far as technology in place that enabled this. Imagine having to wait for another six weeks of so for the magazines to publish the info?

It's apparent that I've made the correct decision to continue employment (as long as the employer agrees) for a couple more years to generate that DPI that makes it possible to acquire the new offerings that get the heart racing.

Just as I think I've got all the cars I need, out comes another batch of really nice items. Won't even go there in so far as locomotives.

A few things here got my attention with Atlas doing coaches and baggage cars looks like there's some more Soo passenger in my future.  :D

Unfortunately the SOO coaches were different from those Atlas will be doing... they had small bathroom windows bracketing the paired windows while the CNW coaches were all paired windows.

The first page, someone mentioned resin M1 & M1A1's.
Who's doing those?
I've also been looking for LAV-25's in N scale, the closest I find on Shapeways is 1/144.

Also;
ATLAS!  We need the '73 Ford pick up!!!

So single window coach from Atlas because MTL just won't do it.

It's not a matter of won't...there are significant tooling and production issues we are working on.  If Atlas does shrink their cars down, looks like their coach is a duel window as well.  We are still working out issues while getting new product tooled.   Hopefully we can get this project done.

Don't give up. It took a few tries to put a man on the moon too!  ;)

Glad to hear these are still in the works!

The HO cars come in both single and double window varieties.

Thanks to all the reporters here! I was planning on making it, but the move to Alabama got all messed up. Next year in Pittsburgh was an easy drive from Oxford, not so easy from Decatur. Have to make it the first trip back to Oxford, then on to Pittsburgh! Lots of new ships coming in N and Z this fall, as well as the N scale Hulett.

Centipede and M1 Front coupler

I would have purchased a BLI Centipede but there was nary a one to be found.
I spoke with the representative at their table and brought up a subject mentioned on this board, that of the lack of an operating coupler on the pilot of the M1a.  This person, who is the one that appears in their promo videos, was absolutely lost about this.

The M1 is a mix of 1970 TOY and 2015 technology - they really missed the boat with that front coupler.

N Scale Kits are doing these at 1:160. These are with Shapeways at present, and will be in resin soon.

The URL will be coming soon for the Shapeways shop, and the resin ones soon, we expect.
